End of Year Arrangements - Year 12 students 2009
Year 12 students are on Exam Block on Monday 9 November 2009 to Friday 13 November, 2009.
On the last week of school, Year 12 students will be given a timetable of alternate program activities. This week of activities is COMPULSORY for all students.
The Year 12 formal will be held at the Shearing Shed, Heritage Village on Wednesday 18 November, 2009. Pre Dinner drinks will be held from 5.30pm to 7.00pm. The formal dinner will commence at 7.00pm and will finish at 10.30pm.
On the last day of school, Friday 20 November, students must comply with the school's uniform policy in full to ensure we have a graduation ceremony in which our students look smart and neat. Failure to be present on this day will result in students not graduating from Grade 12. The day will begin with Roll Class at 9.30am in the Mike Maher Centre.
Following the Graduation there will be a morning tea with parents, students and teachers. By 12 noon it is expected that all Grade 12 students will have left the school grounds.
