Glenmore State High School is not a catchment area school. Students from across the Rockhampton and Livingstone Shire regions are eligible to enrol at our school.
How to Enrol?
To start the enrolment process we ask that you fill out all the Enrolment Forms identified below, and return it to our School Administration either in person or via email to principal@glenmoreshs.eq.edu.au.
Upon receipt of your student's Enrolment Forms, we will organise an enrolment interview with you, your student and one of our Leadership members to sit down and discuss your student.
When you arrive for your child's interview, we ask that you bring with you copies of the relevant Medical Forms and Documentation listed below.

- Application for Student Enrolment Form.
- Workplace Health and Safety Permission Form.
- Computer Network (Intranet) and Internet Access Student Account Agreement.
- State School Consent Form.
- Enrolment Agreement.
- Student Resource Scheme Participation Agreement Form.
- Wednesday Early Departure Permission Form.
- Senior School Student Agreement (For Years 11-12 enrolments only).
Medical Forms (only if applicable)
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis Plan Verification Forms - as per Information Letter in the Medical Forms list.
- State Schools Nursing Services Student Referral.
Should your child take medication daily during school hours, please inform Administration Staff upon acceptance of Enrolment Interview to arrange a time to speak with one of our Student Services Officers about the procedure of dispensing this at school.
Documentation
- Birth Certificate (Original required for sighting).
- The most recent Report card (preferably within the last six months).
- Verification documentation (if applicable).
- Passport and Visa Information (if applicable).
- Legal and/or Court Documents (if applicable).
At the time of interview, notification will be given of the start date for your student. This will allow for the purchase of School Uniforms and additional resources.
