Students in Years 10, 11 and 12 have the opportunity to study a wide range of subjects both at Glenmore SHS and externally through other training providers and educational institutions.

DRAGON Program at Glenmore

All students at Glenmore SHS participate in the DRAGON Program, which focusses on Student Wellbeing. The DRAGON program gives senior students the opportunity to participate in a range of extra-curricular activities which extends the learning opportunities available to our students. DRAGON lessons for Year 10 students specifically focus around their career education and development towards completing their Senior Education and Training Plan (SETP).

Year 11 and 12 Subjects

The Senior Subject Handbook outlines the senior secondary educational program available to students. This handbook holds in-depth information around the content, assessments and learning experiences offered in each of our General, Applied and VET subjects.

The Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) website contains more in-depth information about each subject within the subject’s syllabus document.

Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC) Guides

QTAC helps all secondary schools provide students information to assist them in  making informed decisions toward their senior subject offerings and/or future pathways opportunities. Previously provided in the form of a printed information guide, the Year 10 and 12 specific guides are now being provided digitally. To access a copy of the Year 10 or 12 digital QTAC Guide, see the 'Additional Links' above.
