Dear Parents/Caregivers,
I am writing to inform you that I decided to restrict access to room HA27 - Girls Amenities in H Block due to damaged caused to a toilet door.
The school's Built Environment Materials Information Register (BEMIR) indicates that:
Repairs and a professional clean are to be undertaken. The area will remain restricted until a clearance is provided for its reuse.
These precautions will ensure that all students and staff are kept safeky away from the area. As you would be aware I take the issue of student and staff safetly very seriously.
I believe that the partnershop we share as a school community means that it is important to keep everyone informed in order to minimise concern.
