P&C Association 2022 AGM

​​​​Dear Parents/Guardians,

The Glenmore SHS P&C Association Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 26 April at 3:15pm. The meeting will beheld in the school Boardroom beside the Hamilton Library.

A general meeting will be held immediately following the AGM. The agenda and documents will be distributed to members on Friday 22 April 2022.

Please note that, under current Queensland Health directions relating to workers in schools, P&C Executives and Members are defined as workers (volunteers). In our capacity as voluntary P&C members, we must be fully vaccinated to attend P&C meetings at the school, whether it is within school hours, or after school hours. Everyone attending a P&C meeting at the school will be required to show proof of their vaccination status. Should you wish to attend and not be vaccinated, we will have the ability for you to join us virtually through Microsoft Teams.
